Ronaldlyn Latham, fondly known as Ronnie by family, friends, and colleagues, is an author, speaker, and dedicated public servant residing in Southern New Jersey. She is a graduate of Strayer University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and she proudly celebrates over 23 years of service with the federal government.
Ronaldlyn is the visionary author of Gracefully Broken, Beautifully Restored, an anthology of hope and healing written by thirteen grieving mothers, as well as the author of Love, Lust and Starting Again: A Spiritual Guide for Dating After Losing a Spouse, a deeply personal work dedicated to her late husband.

She is also a contributing author to The G.I.F.T. in Grief: A Journey of Transformation. Through her writing and speaking, Ronaldlyn uses her voice to inspire healing, faith, and renewal after loss.
She is the creator of the brand “Speak What You Seek Until You See What You Said,” an affirmation she lives by and a philosophy rooted in her belief that words have power and purpose.
Ronaldlyn serves as a Team Leader with Mending Hearts Ministry, where she devotes her time to supporting mothers who have experienced the devastating loss of a child. As a mother who understands the depth of grief firsthand, her mission is to help others heal by offering love, hope, and unwavering support during life’s most difficult seasons.
